Initial Counselling Session

Cancellation Policy

All sessions must be paid for in advance to secure your booking. Where possible please provide 24 hours notice if a cancellation of booking is required. You may re-schedule your own appointment using your credit. Last minute cancelations (typically considered to be anything from 2 hours or less before start of appointment time) will attract a $20 admin fee unless emergency situation has occurred.
